We want you to be fully satisfied with your official Billie Eilish merchandise; if you are not, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location listed on your return instructions.
